Open Check my IP — with a working connection it says "Your connection is protected by MaskNet". Run the leak test: if a resolver is in Russia, check which DNS is set in the system and in the browser.
Smart routing sends the traffic of Russian services — Gosuslugi, banks, marketplaces — outside the VPN tunnel: they see your Russian IP, and you don't need to turn MaskNet off.
Check the architecture with uname -m: x86_64 needs an x64 package, aarch64 needs ARM64. Only INCY has ARM64 builds.
Your account must be open on the same computer where Happ is installed.
Turn on automatic date and time, switch networks, pick another server. Details — in Happ won't connect.
In INCY it works the same way — the walkthrough is in INCY won't connect.
