1. General Provisions
1.1. This Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for processing information related to the use of the MaskNet service (the “Service”).
1.2. The Policy applies to information that becomes available to the Service when using the Telegram bot, personal account and other functions of the Service.
1.3. Use of the Service constitutes the User’s acceptance of this Policy.
1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, the User must discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information Used
2.1. The Service does not collect or request the User’s surname, first name, patronymic, passport details, residential address, telephone number, email address or other information that directly identifies the User.
2.2. As part of the operation of the Service, only the minimum amount of technical information necessary to provide access and maintain the subscription is used, namely:
2.2.1. the User’s Telegram ID;
2.2.2. technical information about the subscription, including the subscription status, validity period, selected tariff, activation date, expiration date, information about the issued configuration, number of available devices and other similar technical parameters necessary for operation of the Service.
2.3. The Telegram ID is used by the Service solely as a technical account identifier and, by itself, does not make it possible to establish the User’s identity without additional information.
2.4. Payment details of bank cards, electronic wallets and other payment instruments are not requested or processed by the Service. Payments are made through payment partners. The Service may receive only technical information necessary to confirm payment, credit funds, renew a subscription or process a refund.
3. Purposes of Using Information
3.1. The information specified in Section 2 of this Policy is used exclusively for the following purposes:
3.1.1. identification of the User within the Service;
3.1.2. automatic provision, renewal, restriction and termination of access to the subscription;
3.1.3. display of subscription status and tariff parameters;
3.1.4. provision of configuration and other technical data required to use the Service;
3.1.5. processing support requests;
3.1.6. protection of the Service against abuse, errors and technical failures;
3.1.7. sending service notifications related to subscription status and operation of the Service.
4. Storage and Transfer Conditions
4.1. Technical information is stored only to the extent and for the period necessary for operation of the Service, performance of obligations to the User, ensuring security and compliance with legal requirements.
4.2. The Service does not publish or disclose the Telegram ID or technical subscription data to third parties, except in cases:
4.2.1. where this is necessary for the technical operation of the Service;
4.2.2. where such transfer is required for processing a payment, refund or supporting a payment transaction;
4.2.3. where such transfer is mandatory under law or at the request of an authorised authority.
5. Security
5.1. The Service takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the information used against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution.
5.2. The User understands that transmission of data over the Internet cannot be absolutely secure and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed by any information system.
6. User Rights
6.1. The User may contact the Service support regarding matters related to the use of information within the operation of the Service.
6.2. The User may request deletion of their account and the technical information associated with it unless such information is required for performance of obligations, resolution of disputes, refunds or compliance with legal requirements.
7. Changes to the Policy
7.1. The Service may amend this Policy unilaterally.
7.2. A new version of the Policy enters into force from the moment it is published in the Service unless another effective date is stated separately.
7.3. The User is responsible for independently monitoring the current version of the Policy.
