These rules apply to the MaskNet website, tools, dashboard, Telegram bot and secure connection. Purchase and refund conditions are set out in the Subscription and payment terms.
1. Using the service
Use MaskNet lawfully and follow the rules of the networks and resources you use. Subscriptions are for personal use within the selected plan.
Free tools require no subscription or registration. A secure connection requires an active subscription and a compatible Happ or INCY client.
2. Account and devices
Keep your login and subscription access details private. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact support.
Add your subscription using the dashboard button or a QR code on another device. You can manage devices in the dashboard. Public distribution and resale of subscriptions without MaskNet's agreement are prohibited.
3. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, phishing, spam, malware, network attacks, password guessing, unauthorised access and other activities that violate the law or other people's rights are prohibited.
You must not interfere with MaskNet infrastructure, circumvent plan limits or generate a load that disrupts other users.
4. Restrictions and support
MaskNet may restrict access if rules are violated or security is at risk. You can request a review through a dashboard ticket or support@masknet.online. Restrictions do not override mandatory consumer rights.
Speed and availability depend on your device, client, provider, route and network conditions. Server connections of up to 10 Gbps do not mean that every device will achieve that speed. Tool results relate to the time of the check and do not guarantee complete security or anonymity.
5. Updates and contact
The current rules are published with an update date. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired or mandatory protections under applicable law.
