RULES FOR USING THE MaskNet SERVICE

These Rules establish the procedure for using the MaskNet service and are binding on all Users.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Service is intended to provide the User with access to the Provider’s digital infrastructure to the extent provided for by the selected Tariff.

1.2. Use of the Service is permitted only on lawful grounds and for personal purposes, unless otherwise expressly provided for by the terms of a particular Tariff or by written agreement with the Provider.

1.3. The User must independently review these Rules before using the Service.

2. Access and Access Data

2.1. Access to the Service is provided after registration and/or payment in accordance with the procedure established within the Service.

2.2. The User must ensure the security of their access data, personal account credentials, configurations, subscription QR codes and the devices on which the Service is used.

2.3. All actions performed using the User’s Telegram bot, personal account or configuration are deemed to have been performed by the User unless proven otherwise.

2.4. The number of devices, simultaneous connections, available locations and other parameters are determined by the selected Tariff.

3. Prohibited Use

3.1. The User is prohibited from using the Service:

3.1.1. For any activity prohibited by law.

3.1.2. For spam, phishing, malicious automation, fraud, network attacks, vulnerability scanning, password brute-forcing, distribution of malware or other abuse.

3.1.3. For unauthorised access to systems, networks, accounts, software or data of third parties.

3.1.4. For distributing materials whose circulation is prohibited by law.

3.1.5. For actions capable of causing blocking, degradation, overload or compromise of the Service infrastructure.

3.1.6. For public distribution, resale, publication or mass transfer of configurations, subscription QR codes, account credentials or other access data without the Provider’s consent.

3.1.7. For circumventing restrictions of specific Tariffs, including restrictions relating to devices, validity periods, geography of use or other parameters.

3.2. The Provider may independently assess activity as abuse if it objectively creates a risk to the infrastructure, payment system, other users or third parties.

4. Technical Conditions

4.1. Operation of the Service depends on numerous external factors, including the User’s device, quality of the Internet connection, network restrictions, blocking, policies of third-party services and characteristics of applications and operating systems.

4.2. The Provider does not guarantee:

4.2.1. Compatibility with all devices, clients and software versions.

4.2.2. Operation of all protocols, locations and functions in every region.

4.2.3. Availability of specific IP addresses, domains, applications or platforms.

4.2.4. Stable operation with all telecommunications operators and Internet service providers.

4.3. At the request of Support, the User must provide reasonable technical information required to diagnose a problem: a description of the error, screenshots, client logs, device model, operating system version, connection type and other information necessary for verification.

5. Support

5.1. Support is provided through the communication channels specified in the Service.

5.2. Support includes consultations regarding payment, activation, basic setup, restoration of access and general diagnostics.

5.3. The Provider may refuse support for matters unrelated to the Service or where the User violates these Rules, abuses Support channels or behaves aggressively, offensively or in bad faith.

6. Restriction or Suspension of Access

6.1. The Provider may restrict or suspend access to the Service where one or more of the following grounds exist:

6.1.1. Violation by the User of these Rules or the Offer.

6.1.2. An attempt to interfere with the Service without authorisation.

6.1.3. Suspicion of fraud, an abusive chargeback, abuse of promotions or payment instruments.

6.1.4. Providing access to an unlimited number of persons.

6.1.5. Abnormally high or dangerous load on the infrastructure.

6.1.6. A requirement of law, an order of an authorised authority or the need to protect the infrastructure.

6.2. Where access is blocked on grounds relating to the User’s violation of these Rules, no refund is provided, except where expressly provided for by the Refund Policy or mandatory provisions of law.

7. Updates to the Rules

7.1. The Provider may amend these Rules at any time.

7.2. The current version is published in the Service and applies from the moment of publication.

7.3. Continued use of the Service after the Rules are updated constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new version.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Rules apply together with the Public Offer, Data Processing Policy and Refund Policy.

8.2. In the event of a conflict between these Rules and the Offer, the Offer shall prevail.
