How to connect MaskNet after paying
The app is on your device, your subscription is in it, and the connection is up — five minutes at most.
- Open the account email — it goes to the address you entered when you paid.
- Sign in with that address, or through a linked Google, Yandex, VK, Discord or Telegram account.
- Download the app for your device — Happ or INCY. Official download links are gathered under Apps.
- In your account, press the button that adds the subscription — the app opens with the profile already in place. It works this way on any device where your account is open.
- Setting up a different device — open the app on it and point the camera at the QR code in your account.
- In the app, pick a country and press Connect.
If that didn't work
- No email arrived — check your spam folder and make sure there was no typo in the address at checkout.
- The button in your account did nothing — install Happ or INCY first, then come back and press it again.
- The connection won't come up — open your subscription in the account again and add it to the app once more.
